Mayes County appoints Sherry Alexander to Hospital Authority; approves MESTA board change
The board appointed Sherry Alexander to the Mayes County Hospital Authority Board and accepted the resignation of Melanie Minor from the MESTA Board, approving Ashley Bright to serve the remainder of that term. Both actions were approved by recorded votes.

The Mayes County Board of Commissioners approved two personnel actions at its Aug. 10 meeting. Commissioner Steve Grossman moved and Commissioner Alva Martin seconded the appointment of Sherry Alexander to the Mayes County Hospital Authority Board; the minutes record both commissioners voting yes.
