Staff reports Richland Heights plat activity and downtown parking study progress
Administrator reported the Richland Heights subdivision phase‑1 final plat is in progress and staff also updated the commission on a downtown parking study being conducted with UW‑Platteville; a mid‑project presentation to Public Safety is scheduled next week with reporting expected in December.

Administrator Rindy informed commissioners that the preliminary plat approval for Richland Heights (near the new high school) remains active and staff expect a phase‑1 final plat to be submitted for planning commission approval soon.
