Council minutes recorded that contractor guest Alan Uhler reported exterior work on the borough water tank is finished and that a "temporary tank [is] scheduled to be here Monday morning." The update was presented at the start of the June 4 meeting as staff prepared follow-up maintenance and supply plans.
