DDA chair: City Center LDP cleared; developers targeting an October closing
The Chamblee DDA chair said the City Center LDP was signed off by the city and resubmitted to DeKalb County; developers hope to close in October, with site work and shell construction to follow over the next 18–30 months.

The DDA chair told members on Aug. 25 that the City Center project’s land development plan (LDP) was signed off by the city and that Greystar resubmitted the plan to DeKalb County after working through the county’s comments. "The LDP was signed off by the city, and everything now now is between Greystar and DeKalb County," the chair said.
