The Board approved a contract with Thomas L. Alsbury of Balanced Governance Solutions to provide a two-part governance program that includes handbook development and optional board self-evaluations. Trustees discussed the two-year structure—an initial handbook and a second-year focus on self-evaluation—and confirmed the first-year portion is optional and billed only for services provided. The motion passed 6–0.
