Board Approves $9.6M GMP for Five Campus Renovations Under Bond Program
The Board approved a $9,599,318.42 guaranteed maximum price with Northridge Construction for renovations at Daniel and Hardin elementaries and Byrd, Kennemer and Reed middle schools; the package includes a 5% owner's contingency and work is scheduled to begin over winter break.

The Duncanville ISD Board on Nov. 18 approved a Construction Manager at Risk guaranteed maximum price (GMP) of $9,599,318.42 with Northridge Construction for renovation and realignment work at Daniel Elementary, Hardin Elementary, Byrd Middle School, Kennemer Middle School and Reed Middle School. "This will include the campuses of Daniel... Hardin... Byrd... Kennemer... and Reed," Andrea Fields told the board while presenting the package and the architect's letter.
