Council raises IT staffing concern, urges plan for a second IT position

Councilors and staff devoted a substantial block of discussion to the county’s IT operations, budget lines and the long tenure of the county’s IT operator, Jeff Lutz. The Chair said she would "love to see us consolidate this IT into an individualized budget for IT," arguing consolidation would make long‑range replacement and equipment‑refresh planning easier.
