Council to vote tonight on Star Valley Ranch Association plat amendment to combine four lots
The council was notified it will decide on a plat amendment filed by Star Valley Ranch Association to combine Lots 11–14 in Plat 17 (pool/pizza-shack area); planning commission recommended approval and a single objection was withdrawn, while a separate rezoning request from single-family to private recreational will proceed later and is subject to public notice.

Chair previewed that the council will consider the final decision on a plat amendment filed by the Star Valley Ranch Association to combine Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 in Plat 17, the parcel by the pool and pizza-shack area. "We will be having the final decision on the plat amendment that was filed by the Star Valley Ranch Association," the Chair said, and noted the planning commission recommended approval and that an earlier objector withdrew their comment.
