Administrator says chip-seal base layer on Vista is complete; crews will return in spring
Town Administrator Reagan reported the town completed a first base layer of chip seal on Vista, addressed maintenance patches and plans to add another layer in spring; the town will brush loose rock left by spreader boxes and consider larger tanker rental for tar handling.

At the work session Administrator Reagan reported the town's chip-seal contractor recovered from an early rocky start and produced a usable base layer on Vista. "So 1st layer is done, and you can you can definitely see," Reagan said, describing the result and the plan to add a subsequent, larger layer in spring.
