Neighbors and board members repeatedly raised the need for documented access rights to the shared drives that connect the site to Jonestown Road and Care Street. Owner representative Belinda Edsall and engineer Alexander Kaufman both said they could not find recorded easement documents for the joint access drive and that the applicant has historically maintained the pavement and snow removal but lacks formal recorded documentation.
