During the March 17 meeting the board opened lease bids for a five-year term from three respondents. The Peoples Bank submitted a 5.45% rate, First National Bank submitted 5.50%, and PACCAR submitted 5.99% — all bids were read into the record by Commissioner Kurt Ifland.
