Van Zandt County Commissioners agreed to add the elevator at 1900 North Trade Days Boulevard to the county's Teekay Elevator maintenance and service agreement, at a cost of $250 per month ($3,000 per year). The County Judge explained the addendum would cover the elevator alongside the courthouse elevator and likely include the statutorily required annual inspection.
