The minutes record that the Public Service Commission contacted the Village and said the water department is eligible to apply for a "simplified rate case" to increase rates. The Governance Committee reported the recommendation and the Board approved moving ahead with the simplified rate case process on a motion by B Harlander, seconded by B Morris; vote recorded as carried.
