The Town of Nutter Fort council unanimously accepted Resolution 2026-02 on March 10, 2026, authorizing the Mayor—or in his absence the Recorder—to act on the town's behalf for the Chub Run Rt 20 Sewer System Project. The motion to accept the resolution included a minor wording revision to the first paragraph to correct a transcription error.
