The board set a public hearing on Cart Creek for Oct. 27 and agreed to advertise a proposed assessment rate to fund maintenance. The chair moved that the hearing be set for Oct. 27 and that the assessment be advertised as $10 per acre with a $100 homesite charge and a $20 minimum; a member seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
