Commission flags mismatch between scenic overlay and county preservation records
Commissioner Travis Pantaleo reported a discrepancy between Springfield Township’s scenic overlay and the Bucks County Master Preservation list: 154 county-preserved parcels in the township, 76 (49%) overlap the scenic overlay, preserved land makes up 22% of acreage but only 5% of parcels, and a 17-parcel mismatch was found. The issue was referred to the Board of Supervisors for review.
