The Springfield Township Board of Supervisors voted to grant both preliminary and final approval for the Ryszewski Subdivision and Land Development at its Aug. 26 meeting, subject to conditions contained in Township Engineer letters dated July 29 and Aug. 12, 2025. The plan divides the property on Clay Avenue into two lots: a contractor-services lot and a residential lot, and calls for two new buildings, separate wells, and stormwater management systems.
