County staff presented a lease-purchase packet for three sheriff's department vehicles and requested approval of the municipal-lease resolution and related certificates. Staff stated the bank offer for the lease-purchase was about 4.03% and asked that Chairman Tom Mooney and county clerk Lisa Luskar be authorized to sign the documents.
