The Village of Bloomington Finance & Purchase Committee recorded three formal actions at its Sept. 30, 2024 meeting: a motion to enter closed session under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) (moved by Robert McLimans, seconded by Dawn Drew), a motion to come out of closed session (moved by Robert McLimans, seconded by Dennis Moris), and a motion to adjourn (moved by Robert McLimans, seconded by Dennis Moris). The transcript records "All were in favor. Motion carried." for each motion.
