The City Council on April 10 approved a professional‑services agreement with Kimley‑Horn and Associates for a Buttercup Creek Blvd./Park Street shared‑use path feasibility study in an amount not to exceed $125,000. Councilmember Heather Jefts moved the resolution and Mayor Pro Tem Eric Boyce seconded; the motion passed 7‑0.
