Commission backs Tower District amendment to add veterinary services to permitted uses
The Papillion Planning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend adding veterinary services to permitted uses in the Highway 370 Tower District (MISC-26-0019), with staff and commissioners discussing potential zones and optional additions like doggy daycare.

The Papillion Planning Commission on Aug. 26 recommended approval of an amendment to the Tower District mixed-use agreement to add veterinary services to the permitted-uses list. Kyle Hazy of ENA Consultant Group said the use was unintentionally left off the original agreement and that a veterinary clinic would serve the neighborhood.
