Charlie Krebs reported the application for Pelican Sound gatehouse renovations was sent to the Village of Estero and that Bowman issued checks to advance permitting. He said "The draft Bid Document language was sent to Mr. Pires and Mr. Adams today," and that upon District Counsel approval the District Manager will prepare a public advertisement seeking sealed bids and set a submission deadline.
