Jones County public hearing previews FY2027 budget, sets adoption dates for September

Mister Risner presented Jones Countys proposed FY2027 budget at the Aug. 27 public hearing and said the board is on track to adopt the budget on Sept. 3 and the millage rate on Sept. 10. "So, we're on track for budget adoption on September 3, millage rate adoption on September 10," he told the board.
