Sewer operator reports facility functioning, town on track with phosphorus allocation

The town's sewer report, recorded in the minutes and signed "Respectfully, Edward Tracey," states: "I am pleased to report that the Wastewater Treatment Facility continues to perform without incident." The report notes that cold weather required a heat lamp in the effluent chamber to prevent surface freezing that could interfere with flow-meter readings and that solar power was activated on Dec. 30, 2025.
