Lyndsey Greenwood said her water line underground busted during the January snowstorm and she had a licensed plumber fix it; she requested a sewer-credit. Administrator Erin Braband said town policy requires homeowners to present a bill from a licensed plumber showing the repair before a sewer credit can be approved.
