The Historic Resource Commission approved staff-recommended remediation after a dead tree was removed from the property at 1189 Lowell Road, located in the GE Realty Plot Historic District. The commission recorded conditions requiring the replacement tree be selected from the ReTree Schenectady approved list (excluding maple and green/white ash), be planted at a minimum 1.5-inch caliper and roughly 10–12 feet in height at planting, and that the genus/species and planting size be provided to staff.
