Sewage Appeal #3 (Anne Hart and Walter Siewart, S. Lakeside Rd., Parcel ID 11-20-0017-0015-01-0) was approved Aug. 5, 2026 after Wightman Engineers presented a pressurized, two-zone Eljen B43 mound system. BCHD site investigations had previously shown clay to significant depth and a seasonal high-water table near the surface, and a backhoe test pit on March 4, 2026 found clay to 15 ft.
