Don Trail, Building & Grounds, told the Berrien County Administration Committee the Juvenile Center experienced a boiler system failure with 'an estimated cost is $30,000 and will be paid out of the Juvenile Center upgrade funds.' He described the repair as an emergency that Finance will process under a waiver.
