Selectman McCabe reported he compared the planning‑board (PB) fees with Lincolnville and found them comparable; he suggested keeping current fees and clarifying an additional fee for change of applications. Selectman Milinazzo moved to add a $250 fee for application changes; Selectman McCabe seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
