Board presses developer for subscription templates, screening and interconnection details for community solar plan
Board members asked the applicant to provide a template for local subscription/enrollment, clarity on buried infrastructure, and more detail about the medium-voltage line crossing an additional parcel. The applicant said Solar for All could be used to enroll local customers automatically and that screening and buried lines could be coordinated with the town.

During Feb. 4 discussion, Board member Courtney Stone requested a template showing how local customers would subscribe or purchase output from the proposed community solar project and asked what would happen if no local residents enroll. Nathaniel Doyno said New York's Solar for All program can automatically enroll qualifying customers in the local community and that he would provide details to the board.
