Council accepts water, sewer and storm infrastructure in three subdivisions
By voice votes the council accepted infrastructure in Conroe Estates Phase 1 (approx. 41 lots), Dutt Crossing Block 7 Lot 3 R1, and Hidden Hills Phase 4 after Development Services Director Luca Diosalo said legal had reviewed the resolutions and the improvements met requirements.

The council approved three resolutions on June 23 accepting water, sewer, gas, street and underground stormwater drainage improvements in Conroe Estates Subdivision Phase 1 (about 41 lots), Dutt Crossing Subdivision (Block 7, Lot 3 R1 and related lots), and Hidden Hills Subdivision Phase 4.
