Mount Joy Borough Council unanimously approved Ordinance 02-2025, which adds a Rental Code as Chapter 205, during its Jan. 6 meeting. The action was part of Administration & Finance committee items that also included unanimous approval of Resolution 2025-01 (appointments), Resolution 2025-02 (fee schedule) and adoption of a 'Quick Ticket' enforcement format.
