The Beautification Committee discussed logistical next steps for the "Sycamore’s Story" mural, including installation of the second panel. "It was suggested to ask Ed Muren if he would be willing to install the second panel for $8,300, the DCCF Grant Award," the minutes state. Alicia Cosky volunteered to visit Ed to make the request and invited other members to join her.
