The township board approved creation of a combined Manager / Zoning & Codes Enforcement Officer position during the Aug. 18 meeting, consolidating two part-time roles into one full-time position with salary to begin based on credentials. Supervisor Harley Fry II made the motion, which Supervisor Eric Newcomer seconded; Supervisor Gary Phillips opposed the move.
