Planning Commission extends Sheetz/Electrify America land-development window while agreement is finalized
Engineer Jeff Holland told the commission that the only outstanding item for the Sheetz/Electrify America submission is a written agreement between the two companies; the commission extended the land-development window pending a written request to submit that agreement.

During the Sept. 3 meeting the commission reviewed engineering correspondence for the Sheetz fuel station/Electrify America charging installation. Engineer Jeff Holland reported he had submitted a comment-response letter and noted the outstanding item was a written agreement between Sheetz and Electrify America.
