Andy Walker presented the Meadville Revitalization Corporation’s five-year action plan and asked the council to endorse the organization’s Main Street application. Walker outlined three transformational strategies: amplifying downtown assets and partner engagement; improving the visitor and resident experience; and remediating challenging properties through real estate intervention.
