The Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees approved the 2024‑25 District Improvement Plan at the Nov. 18 regular meeting. Robert Ayala Jr. moved to approve the plan, Thomas Childers seconded the motion, and the minutes show the vote was 6‑0 in favor.
