The Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees convened a training session on Feb. 24, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., called to order by Vice-President Kim Hoff. A quorum was recorded with Deonicio Ramirez, Jr.; Kim Hoff; Robert Ayala, Jr.; Thomas Childers; Louisa Franklin; and Rosario Morales present. Board member Richard Maldonado was absent.
