Pierce board approves grant application, engages EPS Engineering for housing needs assessment

The Pierce Board of Trustees voted Feb. 9 to seek state funding for a housing needs assessment and to engage EPS Engineering to help lead the work. Trustee Geoffery Broughton moved to adopt Resolution 2026-02 authorizing application to the Colorado Department of Local Affairs; Trustee Glen Lester seconded and the motion passed with all "AYES." The board also voted to involve EPS Engineering and to designate a project manager for the process.
