The Dublin City Council voted to request financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board under the Drinking Water Revolving Fund at its Feb. 9 meeting. City Secretary Kimberly Seider and Public Works Director Cory James told the council the application would be a grant and would not require funds from the city if awarded; it is intended to support shovel-ready water projects.
