Council raises fee for additional poly carts after Waste Connections rate change
Dublin approved an increase to the fee charged for additional poly carts following a rate change from Waste Connections Lone Star, Inc., while leaving single-cart customer charges unchanged.

City Secretary and Finance Director Kimberly Seider presented a rate adjustment from Waste Connections Lone Star, Inc., saying the company’s new contract terms would take effect April 1, 2026. Seider recommended the city not raise charges for customers with only one poly cart but to increase the fee for additional carts because the city had been undercharging for those extra containers.
