The council on April 13 ratified a prior appointment of a Fire Marshal through Resolution Number 04-13-26-2. Cameron Ray explained that the appointment had been previously voted on but required formal ratification; Sammy Moore moved for approval and Nancy Williams seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
