Noah Cullis, executive director of the Dublin Economic Development Corporation, presented a set of updated bylaws to the council on April 13, explaining the bylaws had not been revised for several years. Council members asked questions seeking clarification; after discussion Nancy Williams moved to approve the updated bylaws and Boleslaw Kabala seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
