The Village Board approved an engineering agreement with MSA for a water-main replacement project after a motion by Trustee Rebecca Coley that was seconded by Trustee Morgan Place and recorded as carried unanimously. MSA was represented at the meeting by Tim Mikonowicz and Brandon Hager.
