Mayor Davis told the commission there are additional agreements available in the ongoing opioid litigation and asked that a resolution accepting those settlements be placed on next week’s agenda. "And the other 1 is, they've got some more settlements on the opioid, lawsuits that have been going on for the last couple years," Mayor Davis said, and he asked that the commission treat the new agreements under the same rules as earlier settlements.
