ARRO Reports Reed Bed Permit Submission Ready; WWTP NPDES to Be Administratively Extended
ARRO told council it is prepared to file a Water Quality Part II permit for the Reed Bed refurbishment with PADEP and said the borough's WWTP NPDES permit will be administratively extended while PADEP processes a new permit targeted for Feb. 11, 2025.

Brad Smith, ARRO Consulting engineer, told the council ARRO is ready to submit the Water Quality Part II permit application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for the Reed Bed refurbishment project and requested Council President Tracy Peterson sign the application.
