Brad Smith of ARRO Consulting reported that negotiations with CMS concluded and presented a Final Change Order in the amount of $154,121.38 for the borough's intersection project. Smith stated the "final price of the intersection project was $3,322,687.08." Robert Metzgar moved to approve the change order; Lisa Gantner seconded and the council recorded the vote AYES 6, NAYS 0, ABSENT 1.
