Sinking Spring Council Approves 2025 Pension MMO Payments
Council voted unanimously to adopt the borough's 2025 Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO) figures: $11,924 for the Police Pension plan and $63,265 for the Non-Uniform Pension plan.

During its Sept. 12 meeting the Sinking Spring Borough Council approved both 2025 pension Minimum Municipal Obligations. Councilor Lisa Gantner moved approval of the 2025 Police Pension MMO in the amount of $11,924.00; Denise Stine seconded and the motion passed on a recorded vote of AYES 6, NAYS 0, ABSENT 1.
