Sinking Spring Council OKs Bus Patrol Intermunicipal Agreement
Council voted 6–0 to adopt Resolution No. 2024-06 authorizing an intermunicipal Bus Patrol agreement; Mayor Gary Cirulli said the borough will "move forward" with the program and Solicitor Charles Haws confirmed a 2023-drafted agreement is available for signature.

Council President Tracy Peterson presided as the Sinking Spring Borough Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 2024-06 on Sept. 12, 2024, authorizing the borough to enter an intermunicipal Bus Patrol agreement. Mayor Gary Cirulli told the council the borough will "move forward" with the program, and Solicitor Charles Haws said Borough Secretary Elizabeth Eagelman had the 2023-drafted intermunicipal agreement available for execution.
