Council President Tracy Peterson said the borough received a letter from Mr. Caron resigning his council seat effective Oct. 19, 2024, and that John Eagelman had submitted a letter of interest. Peterson said Council would advertise the vacancy on the borough Facebook page and website and invite interested residents to appear at the next meeting.
